The start

“Our process is heavy on consumer research, testing and mathematical insight into why a concept works or doesn’t work. The de-risking of package design is why we get hired. Communicating that to our potential clients in a way that is clear and easy to understand was our challenge. Initially, I had drafted everything myself in my own words to set out how I wanted to tell our story. But I needed a copywriter who could fully understand our unique process and positioning and turn it into great web copy. And that’s what you guys helped with.”

The strategy

“I was really happy with it. We had a vision for our copy when we started, and Treacle hit it. I wouldn’t ask for it to be any different. Treacle just took my draft from amateur writer to a high calibre of writing that was clear, concise and easily understood.”

The execution

“There were virtually no hitches, at all. I think it went through one round of changes, I had some feedback. On the next round, everything was fixed, and we were done.”
